Privacy Policy

Growth360 collects only the information needed to provide our services: your name, business name, email, phone number and the details you send us. LMS accounts also store the classes, reports and recordings you create.

We use this information only to deliver our services, send invoices and reply to you. We never sell it. It is shared only with services we need to run our business (for example hosting and payment providers) or when the law requires it.

Class recordings and student data in the LMS belong to the academy that created them. They are kept for as long as the account is active and deleted on request.

Google sign-in and Google Drive

If you choose “Continue with Google”, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google only to create and sign in to your account. If you also connect Google Drive, the classroom uses the limited drive.file permission: it can only create and open the files it saves for you (board files, chat files and board backups in a “Growth360” folder). It cannot see any other files in your Drive. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone, and our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect Google Drive at any time from the classroom or from your Google Account settings; files already saved stay in your Drive.

Free trial checks

To keep one free trial per person, we store a one-way coded record of the email, device and internet connection used for each trial. It cannot be turned back into the original details.
